In your blender, combine:
1 frozen banana (or 2 scoops of KOYAH banana powder)
1 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of frozen organic mango (or 1 scoop KOYAH mango powder)
1 scoop KOYAH blackberry powder (or 1/4 cup fresh organic blackberries)
1 cup of preferred milk
Blend on high until smooth
