Broccoli and carrot smoothie

Broccoli and carrots oh my!

If there's something we love, its trying something new. Adding carrots to the mix adds a touch of sweetness and enhances the flavor. We threw in a tablespoon of peanut butter to add that extra kick of nutrients. 

Loaded with beta-carotene, vitamins C, K and protein, this delightful combination is the perfect glass of health to get your day going. 

In your blender combine: 

1 scoop KOYAH broccoli (or 1/4 cup fresh broccoli florets) 
3-4 carrots 
1 frozen banana 
1-2 tbsp peanut butter 
1 cup almond milk 

Blend on high until desired consistency.
