Celery Mushroom Soup

This simple celery mushroom soup has a comfortable feel that will fill you up and satisfy your insides. Easy to make, with very little preparation. Please enjoy this healthy vegan soup! 

Ingredients: 

1 scoop KOYAH celery powder (or 1/4 cup freshly chopped celery)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
4 cups vegetable broth
2 servings of rice noodles
A dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste 

Step 1. Chop mushrooms 
Step 2. Combine all ingredients except rice noodles in a pot. Bring to boil. 
Step 3. Once the broth starts to boil, reduce to a simmer and add rice noodles. Let cook for another 8-10 minutes. 

Serves 2
