This chocolate pudding is dreamy with a rich creamy flavor. With only 8 simple ingredients it makes a delightful breakfast, snack or dessert. The trick to make this pudding nice and thick is to add the chia seeds after you blend it.
In your blender add:
1 can of full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup cashews
1 scoop of KOYAH kale
2 scoops KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15-30 fresh raspberries)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder (you can always add more)
2 tablespoons almond butter
1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Blend on medium to get all the ingredients to combine evenly. Scoop into a bowl and mix in 1/4 cup of chia seeds.
Cover and place in the fridge for 4-8hrs. Overnight if possible.
