This smoothie is absolutely dreamy. Creamy from the avocado and fresh from the basil. I'm pretty sure this is one of our new favorites.
Full of disease fighting antioxidants with anti-inflammatory vitamins and minerals, this fresh blend hits the spot on these hot days.
In your blender combine:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop KOYAH spinach (or 1 cup fresh spinach)
1/2-1 frozen avocado
3-5 fresh basil leafs
1 1/2 cup almond milk
Blend on high until desired consistency and enjoy!
