Dragon Fruit Overnight Oats

These dragon fruit overnight oats are pulling an all-nighter. Delightfully rich in flavor and easy, follow our recipe for this beautiful jar of goodness. 

In a bowl or jar, combine: 

1 cup coconut milk or any non-dairy milk 
3/4 cup of old fashioned oats 
2 scoops of KOYAH dragon fruit powder (or a 1/2 cup of freshly chopped dragon fruit) 
1 tbsp chia seeds 
1 tsp vanilla extract 

Mix evenly and place in the fridge for 4-6hrs overnight, preferably.

Serves 2

I love this recipe! it’s the perfect amount of sweet to start my morning.

I love overnight oats, and Koyah Dragon Fruit overnight oats are the best! They are mildly sweet and so good for you! I love to top mine with raspberries and blueberries, and I use almond milk rather than coconut milk. The chia seeds give the whole thing a more pudding like consistency, not to mention the fact that chia is packed with nutrients. I love this!
