Kale ya, we love how overnight oats are so easy to make. So whether you’re always in a rush to get out the door or you’re someone who prefers to ease into the day without making a huge breakfast, overnight oats are the perfect solution.
In a bowl, combine:
2/3 cup of oats
1 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk or water
1 scoop KOYAH kale powder
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
Stir the ingredients together until evenly mixed. Put a lid on it and let it sit for 4-6 hours. Overnight preferably.
