We love this healthy overnight oats recipe. We're combining two of our favorite things: oats and KOYAH kale powder. Delicious, healthy, and rich in nutrients. Enjoy this easy recipe!
In a bowl, combine:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup non dairy milk + an extra splash
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop KOYAH kale
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
Stir everything until well mixed. Let sit in your fridge 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably.
