Healthy Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Pumpkin Overnight Oats

This pumpkin overnight oats recipe is delicious and nutritious. Let's be honest; everything pumpkin-related is terrific.

In a bowl, combine: 
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup preferred milk + an extra splash 
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin spice 
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop KOYAH kale powder 
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup diced banana) 

Stir all of the ingredients together until everything is evenly mixed. 

Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably. Store in fridge in an airtight container. 

Serves 1
