This kale mango smoothie is the perfect healthy breakfast. It's delicious and easy to make. It's a great way to get in fruits and veggies at the start of your day!
In your blender, combine:
1 scoop KOYAH kale powder (or 1 cup fresh organic kale)
1 scoop KOYAH mango powder (or 1/4 cup frozen organic mango pieces)
1 date
1 cup of ice
2 cups of water
Blend on high until desired consistency.
