Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soaked lima beans (soak for 4-6 hours, overnight preferably)
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- A bushel of green onions, chopped
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 2 scoops of KOYAH celery powder
Instructions:
- In a medium pot, combine the soaked lima beans, chopped kale, green onions, vegetable broth, and KOYAH celery powder.
- Stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
