We loved this mango coconut smoothie so much that we had to share it. This recipe is like dessert in a glass but made with whole food ingredients. This would be great with rum!
1/4 cup coconut chia seed pudding (pudding is coconut milk and chia seeds, you can make your own by mixing 1 cup of coconut milk and 1/4 cup of chia seeds and letting it sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour )
For the smoothie, in your blender, combine:
1 scoop KOYAH mango powder (or 1/4 fresh or frozen mango)
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup fresh or frozen banana)
3 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 carrot
1/4 lime including peel
1 cup of water
1 cup of ice
Blend on high until desired consistency.
