Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop KOYAH broccoli sprout powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup of your preferred milk

Instructions:

  1. In a container, combine all ingredients and mix until evenly blended.
  2. Secure the lid and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or overnight for best results.
