Mango spinach and a hint of cayenne pepper

Sweet from the dates and mango, blending KOYAH spinach with a hint of cayenne pepper is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. This green smoothie will help boost your metabolism, support digestion and even help clear congestion.

In your blender combine: 

1 scoop KOYAH spinach (or 1 cup fresh spinach) 
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 dates

Blend on high until desired consistency. Serves 1
