This wild blueberry pie smoothie tastes just like blueberry pie. It's perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a healthy treat. We love how simple, easy and delicious this recipe is.
In your blender, combine:
1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup unsweetened plain plant yogurt or full-fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop KOYAH Wild Blueberry Powder (or 1/4 cup frozen organic wild blueberries)
Two 1-inch pieces of lemon rind
Juice of 1/2 a large lemon
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 scoop plain/unflavored collagen or marine collagen powder
2 tbsp liquid natural sweetener of your choice, such as maple syrup, grape nectar, or wild honey
Method:
Remove two pieces of the lemon rind/peel using a small sharp knife. Remove the white spongey part as it is bitter. Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve, or save one portion for the next day, storing in a covered glass jar in the refrigerator.

I had bought the raspberry. Gave it away as I was lost on how to use it. We need more help when we buy one, recipes.. and recipes if we added another one to the one we just purchased. I was totally lost. And I had had such interest 😌.
